Are you suggesting that MMEX is in violation of securities laws, by failing to file the required 8-K disclosure?

If, as claimed, "Financing is DONE!" there would by necessity be PR, and an 8-K filing. Absent those elements, there is almost certainly no project financing secured.

I've heard otherwise. Financing is DONE!
