Gosh, IF CEPSA had hit commercial oil and we go to BILLIONS! CEPSA MUST be off their rockers to sink many millions in our 11A....wonder if they're coming back for seconds in our 4 way? you'd think an International Oil CO. would be tuning into you and middie for they're prospecting advice...;-)
