Not a spin; simply stating that they are covered by Workers' Compensation Insurance. What would be a spin is trying to imply that a business must have coverage in every state that an employee is currently working.
I'm sure their workers compensation insurance from Zurich, which is active according to the state of Nevada, will cover any employee accidents if/when they happen at the Spring Hope facility. Doesn't necessarily matter if the employee is hurt or injured outside of Nevada, especially depending on the insurance policy.
