The North Carolina Workers’ Compensation Act requires that all businesses that employ three or more employees, including those operating as corporations, sole proprietorships, limited liability companies and partnerships, obtain workers’ compensation insurance or qualify as self-insured employers for purposes of paying workers’ compensation benefits to their employees.

Exceptions to this requirement include (d) farm laborers when fewer than 10 full-time, non-seasonal farm laborers are regularly employed by the same employer

FEWER THAN 10 FULL-TIME, NON-SEASONAL, REGULARLY EMPLOYED.

EXEMPT.

My post was in regards to workers' compensation insurance....

The link I posted and the picture was for a search on "Workers Compensation Coverage Verification"; surely you didn't miss that.

Thanks for your answer I guess but it was for a question that wasn’t asked. Did you read the post you replied to?

I did read it. You stated that Hemp didn't have workman's compensation coverage.. what I found stated otherwise.

So if it’s a full time business they should have workman’s compensation coverage.

But they don’t:

Thanks though...

cheers,
