Exactly. Retail is not a threat if buyout/merger. But they are a threat if meeting happens to vote for board members.

Boston yes I agree,retail mostly would vote yes,but then we have to decide whats a fair price.some people jumping in right now would be happy with say $10.00 a share.I wouldnt be and I dont think you would be (dont want to put words in your mouth just assuming) Thats why I say they want to make sure they have the votes at there price what ever it will be.
