If they take out another TOXIC NOTE at this time there will be no doubt this is a scam. Many promoters have agreed in that statement as well. If they have secured permanent for 50 or so million and only need to come up with 20% it should be an easy peasy deal. So any TOXIC LOAN at this time would be a sure indication of " IT'S NOT HAPPENING"

"Only in Pinky-land would a caliche road, and a fence"

These are Chevrons roads and fences. Look at the difference between the two companies assets. And people want to call Jack cheap.

You can see where he is headed with this company.

It will be first class all the way. And State of The Art. Lots of Artificial Intelligence built into virtually component of the process equipment.

The place will know what is going to happen before it happens and correct itself if need be. (I know that folks don't want to hear this but this is just the way that things are)

Now we get down to the real truth. The roads in the oil fields in West Texas can be and are usually made of two materials. One is a rock called caliche and the other material is asphalt.

At least 95pct of all oilfield roads are made of caliche and have proven throughout the life of the oilfield to be good road to travel on.

Some would have you think that these roads are cheap but you can simply pick up the phone and call the people who built the road for MMEX and ask them for a quote or call Jones Brothers Construction in Odessa and ask for a quote and you will see that Jacks road was quite expensive.

If you look at the fence in some of the pictures you will see a fence that is made of a pole and 3 strands of wire. Then go back and look at Jacks fence. I will leave it at that.

He is just on top of things concerning this project. Nothing can be done or said to stop it.
