You answered your own question (shaking out retail and who ever can buy them) so zimmer or AMDA could be buying them from people who want to get out because there affraid of the S-1 and dilution or what ever reason.They could be buying them under whos ever name to secure a vote,we dont know.But with less than 5 mil shares out there it doesnt take much to swing the vote,And they have no idea how any of us will vote,so they want to know for sure they have enuff share votes with out us
