lol....good luck with that, that's barely even a consideration on a new issue IMO, hell LB_UY did a round of private placements @ .10 and still ran to $3.50+. If Hixon has even half a clue what he's doing this should see $3 pretty easily.
Here's another one for ya Bob, WE_TM did a round of private placements @ .40 and just hit $11 bucks today.
I'm really not concerned at all about NDVN's .37 cent private placements, the fact that they raised around $4M to being with, is very solid for an OTC company, especially in this price range.
Thus far they have not shown any ability to bring in any buyers for the public stock, but I believe that will change, OTC IPO's are notoriously illiquid early on, just gonna take a little patience.
