That's how I see it. It's a reminder of past revenue by that division, a statement that it continues to make similar amounts of money (which I certainly believe), and regret about the fact that it can't name some of its partners. The latter I find very strange, even though it's been explained here many times (just sayin'--don't mean to revive all that)

I read the PR quite a bit differently....It says that 12Snap revs HAVE increased and that NEOM and subs (in addtion to 12Snap) HAVE business that cannot be disclosed. "For the time being" shock and awe will apparently have to come later. Today's PR is not just about 12Snap IMO. YJ.

"FORT MYERS, Fla. & MUNICH, Germany, Oct 16, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- New and increased business from European carriers and handset manufacturers has increased the revenues generated by NeoMedia's 12snap"

"Mr. Jensen said that it was "frustrating to NeoMedia, our subsidiaries and our shareholders alike that we can not say more about some of the companies with whom we are doing business, exactly what that business is, and how much revenue it is generating."

"Unfortunately, particularly in Europe and especially in the technology industry, restrictions are written into many contracts," he said. "While NeoMedia and our subsidiary companies are growing in breadth and volume of services, as well as in producing revenues, we are simply not allowed by these contracts to provide more information.

"For the time being," Mr. Jensen concluded, "NeoMedia will have to be satisfied in some cases with being 'the man behind the curtain,' the power and the magic that continues to make some of the world's most successful mobile marketing programs run."

NEOM must take care not to provide forward looking financial projections or guidance. There is an S-3 pending and a 10-Q under preparation. We will just have to wait. And actually this may create an opportunity for those who think they can read between the lines anyway.
