Exactly. The Stefaanovic's have yet to reveal the identity of the alleged evil doers. So far they've pointed their finger at some unnamed mystery market makers and/or naked short sellers. If they had any evidence it's up to them to press the case. After all, they have $160 million in Nigerian lotto financing ("Guaranteed OK") to pay their legal bills :~)))
