Looks like there has been a bit of accumulation. May have bottomed out at 10 cents. Not sure though. I believe there's still preferreds and warrants that can be converted so I don't know how much more dilution will occur.

I'm still staying on the sidelines until things get more clear.

Another stock offering, YIKES!

Common stock outstanding prior to the offering: 91,459,305

Common stock outstanding after this offering: 122,859,307

O/S will rise by another 31.4 million shares.

I guess the CEO, Ilya Nikolayev, has to pay himself his huge salary somehow.

I think this stock will continue to fall into the toilet. I may get in around 5 cents or less if it goes that low.

Dilution is clearly rampant in my opinion. Their overhead and salaries are exorbitant. They seem to be acting like they're Electronic Arts and living the high life.

Not looking good at all.
