Yes but couldn't he sell his older shares which are not locked up and replace them with the locked up shares? Thus maintaining his majority holdings. One step further. Couldn't all that were issued new shares also do the same? If so, would have this also influenced the increase in SP to .26 and the following decrease due to a reduction in available shares during the news events?
