MJ Rescheduled to Schedule 2 before election 60% (given that the first 2 events have already occurred)

So the prospects of a 2018 HEMP MANIA and a 2018 HEMP BEVERAGE SUPERMANIA are excellent and the timeline would be Spring/Summer

The prospects of a full blown MJ Sector Mania are comparatively not quite as good and the timeline for that would be Summer/Fall
