My bad I was getting details mixed up with another stock I have.
It was an exercise not direct offering but I know those shares have been hitting because I can see the activity. One way or another they have been getting added. All the emerging growth companies are diluting now from one source or more. The shares changed hands @ end of Dec. but in a low volume stock it would be ignorant not to keep controls in place if you want any gains realized. That's why I seen yesterday they must be reaching the average sp they were wanting because of the drop. Was watching Level II & the Trade screen very closely when it happened. Today looks like they are trying to pull it back up which also fits in my conclusion. I didn't mortgage the farm but was able to average down lower than I have ever had it! :-) Here it is and you are very welcome. Glad to help a fellow investor.
