Would like to see his resignation letter. I have not seen it yet. He still is on the OTC market page as the CEO also. There are things he has to file if he has resigned. I have not see any or them.

He also still holds a shit tun of preferred shares that convert to billions of commons that he issued himself as soon as he became CEO. I have not seen him give them back yet either.
