$INUV is an interesting stock. It got trashed because they issued about a 10% increase in O/S via secondary. But a 10% increase in O/S shouldn't have tanked the share price by 30 percent. And Roth Capital has a $2.80 target price on this 70c stock. The pincher is also looking good. I have been loading the boat.
