Hov, can you explain why it may take a long time to establish a median? I'm not sure I follow that. Unless you mean that each patient will continue until recurrence. Is that how the trial is designed? Or will they say "okay, 50% made it x months without recurrence, that's good enough." What specifically is the SPA endpoint? Thanks.
