Means nothing. There can be no buyback. Would be illegal, plus USMJ is already required to remit 51% of any money they make to a 3rd party.
USMJ has never once mentioned buyback. Usually stock promotion firms or unscrupulous investors use the "buyback" predictions, not knowing that pinkies don't do them, and that they first have to do GAAP filings and satisfy all obligations and compensate preferred shareholders first.
