BFCH.. company will update once they get Red A approved. They said this via IR email to some investors including myself. They also have new IR firm, Spotlight Growth, which I tracked down at random looking thru some docs online. Next Friday is last day for Company to hear back from sec on Reg A resubmission I believe. If more comments which is likely imo then we wait a bit longer. If approved its game on imo. Will have to wait and see...
