I agree completely, 2have. It is odd that a dark pink sheet can sell stock - and that’s with an outrageous spread no less.
It’s also illegal to strip a publicly traded company of its cash / assets, yet that does appear to be what occurred. Sully raised cash, pumped the stick with his “I’ve founded 24+ companies” and “patent pending” nonsense, filed the Form 15, went dark, reversed shareholders 1:100, and left the building.
I’d love to know how Pojunis & Sullivan made contact - birds of a feather and all.
