#2132 RE: Batman412 #2131

Have you reached out to the company since you are a holder of the shares? I think the company is dead and just not admitting it yet and I even do some work on the name for fun. Investors should be putting in a lot more than me.

Thank you for your continued interest and support of Tiger Reef, Inc. (OTCQB: TGRR). We will attempt to answer your multiple questions in the same order you asked:

The website has not been updated in several months. The information is at least a year old and those distribution projections were based on pre-Irma timelines.
The rum has never been bottled. There is still significant design, marketing and regulatory compliance that needs to be completed prior to it being legally imported and sold within the US. The company still has plans to pursue this business, but must first raise new financing. Until new financing is raised, the rum will remain on hold.
Mr. Sitra’s private company is different from Tiger Reef. Tiger Reef owns the Mermaid Reef restaurant concept, which is an upscale causal dining concept with targeted locations within high-end resorts such as the Simpson Bay Resort & Marina where the first location was under construction prior to Hurricane Irma. Since the resort cancelled the lease due to a Force Majeure clause, the Mermaid Reef concept has been put on hold. The suitable resorts on the island of St. Maarten are at least two years away from being reopened, at which time Tiger Reef can explore a new relationship and potentially secure a new lease.
Mr. Sitra is still the President/CEO of Tiger Reef. As for employment, Mr. Sitra does not (and never has for that matter) received any compensation for his services nor has he ever sold a single share of stock in TGRR. He has worked free of charge since day one and only holds restricted preferred shares; he holds no common shares.
We are still working on resolving the debtholder dilemma. Once this is resolved news will be forthcoming to all shareholders in the form of a press release.
We do not know where you got this information. Tiger Reef has never owned a technology company, a music company or a sports training company or any other non-core business for that matter. Tiger Reef may explore other businesses in the future, but rum and restaurants are the only avenues it has actively pursued in the past.
There have never been any planned spin-offs. Again, not sure where you got this information.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

Sincerely,

Investor Relations
