Amazing that they're not required to give a reason why they haven't completed PLSB's financials on time. So much for the SEC!

It amazes me as to how many worship this loser? How many years in business? Not one profitable month for the record, and not one black ink quarterly. This man is out for BS Lying Yates and only himself. Now what he can't even release his Annual for 2017, because he is so scared of that report or so broke he can't pay an accountant to get the audit done. This Zombie stock should be stopped and wrote off already.

It is amazing how many people want to throw their money away on this stock. The past doesn't matter that BS Lying Yates couldn't run a lemonade stand. Now he can't find the money to even release his transformation year Annual Report from 2017, the one less in Gross Revenues, and over 2.5+ Billion in OS shares. Keep buying folks this company is dead already can't believe the lights aren't turned off at the office, and the stock halted for good?
