$ ONCI. Trading at .0037 & 38 must be a very light Rock JMO. All ONCI Shares in the .003,s are Dirt Cheap as ONCI moves up in the Pennies as the Quartly Earnings gets Better Quarter after Quarter through out 2018 and 2019 and thats just some good facts about ONCI IMO.
