Good morning CELZ! WoW!

CMT BIGGEST M&A BOMBSHELL

When a serious medical , pharmas and biotech M&A is taking place or in progress, a biotech, medical disagnostic or pharmas company will issue a confidential treatment order.

This may be seen as a regular piece of filing with the SEC, but to the biotech insiders, this is a very crucial piece of document.

THIS IS THE BIGGEST BOMBSHELL

THIS CTO IS THE TICKET FOR
MERGER AND ACQUISITION

For more info please check out this link

https://www.investopedia.com/terms/c/confidential-treatment-order.asp

A company may apply for a confidential treatment order by completing a confidential treatment request to keep information regarding a pricing arrangement made with a potential acquisition target secret. This request could be made on the basis that the company's competitors may use this information to go after the target with a more competitive price

NOW YOU KNOW THE REST OF THE STORY.IT IS JUST A MATTER OF TIME AND HOW MUCH.

ABSOLUTELY NO PUMPING AND PIMPING.
JUST FACTS.

KNOW WHAT YOU OWN

TIM IS A SMART GUY. HE KNOWS HIS GAME VERY WELL. HE IS PLAYING BY THE TEXT BOOK

CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT ORDER

CMT is working it's way to M&A.
Thats the reason for SEC CTO.

Pls google SEC Release NO. 34-21539; File No.sp-41

Logical reasoning:
1- why file CTO...while CTO main objective is for M&A

2- why in a hurry to pay off debts?
Tim and his gang can have nice big bonuses with the money from investors.

3- Why was Tim spending his after IRS taxed money on CELZ ?

You can call it a fairy tale.
I call it a M&A on a horizon.

We may see a NDA in a near future.

The only time I've seen a request like that was when my company at the time was in talks for a buyout :)

Very nice!
