I agree. But I'm baking in some quarters where things don't go exactly as planned.

There could be another bad hurricane season, knocking a gaping hole in telecom investment strategy. Or they could have to go back to the drawing board to make their military generators able to withstand some sort of additional situations. Or they could lose a bunch of foreign contracts they were hopeful about. Lots of possible bumps in the road.

But I'm convinced, until I see otherwise, that POLA is heading down a road such that they will get there -- and quite possibly much further.
