Based on a companies filing status period ending March 30,2018, the deadlines are:

Large Accelerated Filers: Due: Wednesday, May 09, 2018

Accelerated Filers: Due: Wednesday, May 09, 2018

Non-Accelerated Filers: Due: Monday, May 14, 2018

So, we are looking for a filing date between May 09, 2018 to May 14, 2018. Provided they do not provide a Form 12b-25, "Notification of Late Filing."
