#258319 RE: DD8 #258314

I always wondered what happened to that batch...that was recalled and never mentioned till the next quarter......which was material IMHO since rev dropped from 400k to 100 k IMHO

I watched the BlumSL presentation and believe Salwa's presence and registration as Executive Director for BlumSL as well as AJ's position as Chief Scientist for BlumSL played a major role in getting the license.

If in fact She is no longer with the organization could cause serious blow back IMHO......

I have stated numerous times...can't find any permits for BlumSL and find it hard to believe they can move the cultivation from BlumOak to BlumSL without a permit !!!!

PS I have the utmost respect for her as I followed her career from Osterdam University etc.......

Her husband is the best in the business and I still believe Derek will follow them and leave TRTC to Nahass and James and Dominion to pick the bones clean......IMHO.

additional info on some of that

AJ had no choice but to step down and/or concentrate on school since he only has a Masters Degree and not a Doctoral Degree has the regulations require.

(2) Ensuring that the laboratory achieves and maintains quality standards of practice; and
(3) Providing ongoing and appropriate training to laboratory employees.
(b) The supervisor or management employee who, at minimum, must have earned:
(1) A doctoral degree in biological, chemical, agricultural, environmental, or related sciences from an accredited college or university;
(2) A master’s degree in biological, chemical, agricultural, environmental, or related sciences from an accredited college or university and have at least 2 years of full-time practical experience; or
