Unless NV SoS made a typo, but if that were the case, that would totally suck for everyone that dumped. Unfortunately, EFFI IS not a SEC reporting company, so no 14 on file to verify or for that matter to have given heads up! Sadness! Feel bad to have been the bearer of the bad news.
