Why does everyone think that a good company has to cater to shareholder needs? All they really have to do is put an update every once in a while and file quarterly. Social media posts are just extra, they are not intended to be official or to raise the share price! They are focused on doing business to make money, not to increase share price every couple weeks so shareholders can flip for quick cash.

If you're angry about the share price dropping, don't blame the company, blame yourself for being impatient.
