Not sure, but it does seem to establish a direct financial/business connection to Soleil's business (Solelive Media, Inc in FL):



The argument was Viva using OTTV funds to finance Soleil's music videos and career.

Probably the reason no audited financials for the period ending 10/31/2017 have been posted and OTTV is in a EVENT OF DEFAULT with LG.
