Since you seem to have more Contacts than anyone, including Florida Group, I hope you will plead with them to fight this action.

From everything I've read, the courts would prefer creditors pursue other venues, seems like Ed didn't do that and pursued the "nuclear option".

Seems there is a good chance to have this reversed and the company be awarded damages.

Diabolical is Ed' s middle name....
