Food for thought......IR firms usually have a team to help companies with sec filings. Darrin isn't doing the filings by himself. It's complicated stuff. It would have to be a 3rd party completing the filings submitting to the sec. They always filed and they always had an IR. Then they lost their IR and quit filing. It's fair to assume that there is an IR team in the works if we get filings. This is another catalyst here. It makes sence imo. Sec filings, Nevada license, possible IR FIRM. revenue verification and growth. Product pipeline. Pipeline of potential new customers with current products alone... tons of stuff. I don't expect the 1s to last long. Possibly gone next week or even this week. With 30 million bidding into close not filled, no bid could already even be gone. Too soon to say, but it's due... The stock has to much potential to not even be speculated up to .001
