Thanks for that post, I somehow missed the letter.

Is anyone concerned about share dilution from the deal? I'm thinking this is necessary for the growth of the company and will come back in multiples of share price increase. The 9.5% yield also makes it unlikely that the Dubai company will want to sell their shares anytime soon. That 9.5% does mean an ongoing liability for the company though. Any thoughts?
