After all the Filings with Jimmy getting them Current and the UNGS/AMHD preferred Share deal.
Did Jimmy Sell Out and remove himself so he could Merge UNGS with
AMHD now that he has them Cleaned-up!
I'm no fan of a R/S but it did work here.
