I wouldn't be CEO if I only had a few days a week to run it. CEO is not a part time position. But really Parsi is the one in charge, nothing will probably change. They used Gay to try to drum up support for the offering because Parsi knows nobody would give him any more money. If Gay were truly serious he'd be full time.

Unfortunately there's no other option to raise funds. They can try to franchise with master licenses but that's a long shot. If they couldn't sell shares at .03 plus warrants, it's most likely lights out.

For Gay it's easy money every month. Why wouldn't he take it and just sit on his ass while the two locations chug along???
