I think you are assuming they have certainty of the future...like they know they will sell the company in 9-12 months...If nothing else, let's hope the POS BOD realizes the future is uncertain, that if certain things happen, the company might be sold, if they don't it might not be. There are no guarantees.

well no one of us knows for certain but I believe recent known events in combo with cash situation argues sooner than later
