I remember months back when I was screaming on this board that making offerings while being not in compliance would have been suicidal.

Their track record is a mess... failure after failure.

No more ANDAS approvals coming as well...did they decide to put them on hold? Yes because it is clear they have been working on multiple CRLs.

Being delisted ... even just risking it having this pipeline should be enough to have the doctor banned from managing even an ice-cream shop

They knew back in March that revenue was down. that QE ended February 28. by mid March they had the income since it given on a lag basis.

Not really. The company lives from hand to mouth and they definitely know today what come in yesterday.

Lag in this knowledge is definitely not even one month. They did not have almost no revenue at all coming from Focalin in december. They knew this right away in january. All other months have gone the same way.

have a feeling you are right Samsa. Only Thing we can hope now is a take out for $1 share to save some money.

The sad truth is that all us remaining retail shareholders already have proof positive that mgmt. didn't do their fiduciary duty and inform the market and/or its shareholders of all CRL's received on their generics from the FDA when they actually occurred...which is most definitely class action lawsuit material.

So as sad as it is to admit at this point...Dr. Odidi's total incompetence as CEO has resulted in the absolute crap kicking share price erosion that's kicked in since last July's Adcom...and quite frankly he's done absolutely nothing to vastly improve how this stock gets perceived by market which speaks volumes about his mgmt. acumen.

Leaving the only remaining realistic expectations in play here based mainly in hopes and miracles, which is always a recipe for disaster when it comes to long term investments right haha
