"My guess is Israel takes over all of this and appoints Josh to run their North America businesses. "

The top job listed on Alper's LinkedIn page is--

"Managing Director at Cann10 North America Holdings Inc."

Blue Diamond is 2nd. IMO his attention will be focused on the former rather than the latter. If Cann10 NA ever turns a profit BLDV will supposedly be entitled to 25% of it.

According to the PR of 12/21/17 that 25% cost BLDV $750,000 plus "value added services." Alper also received one of 3 seats on the BOD. The last quarterly report (Q4 2017) revealed this transaction was reportedly paid on 12/31/17 (a Sunday) in the form of 700 million restricted shares. That means those shares were pegged at 0.00107142857 (the closing on Friday before was .0015).

Based on today's close of .0008 it seems that Cann10's 700 million share stake in BLDV has dropped from $750,000 to $560,000... or $190k.

Jeterman, that could be something hypothetical for the distant long-term but I do not see that happening based on the information communicated to us in the PRs. I think BLDV has more important initiatives to achieve that have been communicated to us in the PRs such as building operations, entering and establishing itself in the Canadian and California cannabis markets and obtaining financing for its strategic partners.

I think it is premature to discuss takeovers when BLDV is still building its operations. FWIW, these are my thoughts only.
