Agreed Fabius. Researching Boyd at CERC that is exactly what he did there. It took time to accumulate a majority of shares but his influence started almost immediately and other hedge funds seemed to follow him. He didnt take over CERC but changed and reversed the company in about six months. I suspect the same scenario might play out here whatever the time frame or the percentage of shares he ends up with. IMHO CERC had nothing compared to the the technology that IPCI has.
