APRU is worth about $25,000,000, not including LVVVs 5% holding, which is held as preferred.

Bill might actually be restructuring their holdings so they can dump into the current APRU run...

Tony, the CEO of APRU, is also a large investor in LVVV, so its in everyones best interest to get some volume building that LVVV can raise money into.

Both of these companies are worth about the same valuation, but LVVV is by far the better setup. It makes sense to use APRU to fuel LVVV. It benefits everyone involved... The opportunity for LVVV to become a big company is very real. I dont see the same potential with APRU. The AR drinks have been around since like the 70's and have never taken off...

...and the chews need MJ in them to become something imo and LVVV is the one located within the biggest MJ use market, with permits.

APRU needs too much $$$ to push their type of products. It takes millions to compete... HOWEVER, once LVVV starts making $$$, then can lend Tony some money and help them out, regaining their 5% holding.

Build LVVV now and APRU benefits later. Makes sense to me
