Thanks Jeff, yes the FDA I refer to is a non-disclosure agreement.

FYI ATRS followers are very familiar with Loko. He and I have been exchanging information in the past and he is very knowledgeable.

I don't know what I did to make him feel this way. But I have reached out to him in order to clarify the situation and make it right and give credit where credit is due.
