So as I've wondered aloud before...since I can't see PMI doing anything with the IP that would have to do with an anti-inflammatory product, can we all throw in a couple bucks and hire a lawyer to inquire as to whether that company would sell IP just for a nutraceutical? I hate to agree with the one man band that rains on the parade all the time, but I agree as RCPIQ shareholders, we are toast.
This is not a stock pump--just for info--but there is a pharma co. Pernix Therepeuticsthat is part of a stalking horse bid for a top-selling weight loss drug owned by a pharma co. in CA that is going BK. I never saw the term actually used in pr before so it is interesting to get a little idea of how it is SUPPOSED to work.
