No R/S it was in the recent Annual report, "no r/s currently underway or planned". If one were to come along everyone will be notified well in advance but personally I doubt it will ever happen. Buyback is way more likely because of the health of the company.
I sure would like to see a planned buyback 1st qtr 2018 earnings when they release mid-end next month. Revenue will be stellar that is a given, but if a buyback is planned then oh boy!
