Well it’s not rigged necessarily but it is coordinated by people who have the right to do so because they got the monies. They throw down their money and let their little alog bots munch away.

of course it is rigged, traders trade and that is how they make their money, as June approaches, assuming no delays in the final legislation this will turn around dramatically.
