IMO a buyout wouldn't be considered until A FEW portfolio approvals gets it to over $3.00 without a RS.

Why wouldn't the NAS do a distributor or license to manufacture partnership instead of buyout and let it run to $10.00 on earnings from all these upcoming ADT drug formulation approvals??
