The intra-day action on $ALT today looked best so far since almost 2 weeks ago. It progressed forward with gradually increasing strength thru the close after it hit that new low of .65 in morning today.
It needs confirmation yet after today before one can say it's reversing trend (in the short term), but a good early sign of capitulation activity today.
