Transfer Agent VStock is still the active TA for this stock. They are under the impression this is a going concern and have no information to the contrary. They did give me one number which goes to Mr. Binderman's company but the line is not presently "taking calls."

Sean McAvoy became interim director at LOGL in January 2017 after Binderman left. Binderman is now an executive for a company called MidCon Oil which provides tools for the oil & gas industry and for construction projects.
