It wont be a rush to get out. Maybe some DD would be helpful and if no DD then just a basic understanding of market makers and dilution or in the case of RNVA, the inability of MMs to sell diluted shares since RNVA maxed out AS eliminates the ability of MMs to dump shares.
Looking at todays volume. Just this morning (with 4 hours to go) in excess of 42,000,000 shares traded which is less than the volume traded last Friday at the same time frame.
So what does this all mean? Market makers currently are walking down to stops to get as many shares as possible. In the process of walking down to stops they are hoping to convince those who do not realize what is happening to sell their positions. This also allows MMs to grab shares which they then re-sell at a profit. Most of the flippers are out of the way and will probably be the buyers after MMs walk down PPS.
So if we ignore DD, 10Q coming out AH, possibly a PR on the May 1st Hospital acquisition and spin off news then just the AS being locked up and the volume of shares trading should indicate where this is headed. Trust me here. The MMs know where this is headed and you should too.
Might be a good idea to do some DD as well as understand the involved market dynamics.
