Had the 10K been filed, and a Warning sign not appear, I might have said its worth a shot at $0.0002 to try to flip it at $0.0004 before the eventual BK or REVERSE STOCK SPLIT announcement!! After what has happened (April 13th Convertible Debt Day Masacre), I’m inclined to think these stinky pinkies are going to be in a very difficult position very soon! When TOXIC “lenders” can’t clear their shares....they WON’T lend to companies like PLSB! And now with a Warning sign because of non reporting- it spells certain DOOM!
Unfortunately most people can't buy plsb right now because they didn't file. That gave them the 'stop sign' most large brokerages will not allow you to purchase stock that has not filed.
I wanted to throw a couple hundred at some 1s on Friday fidelity said no.
