If financing is ever announced, then i truly will be happy for most of you. But as of the time after the little run till now the market does not think there will be financing. If there really was a term sheet there would be an 8k, if there really was an 8k stating financing we would not be at .0026. Maybe the wrote it on a napkin. Even if there was an UNofficial term sheet the they still need the 20%. This needs to be almost completed by now to make the 5-31 deadline for all the paperwork etc...You really don't think the PPS should be higher by now?
